we have made the system which exempts you from registration fees.If you want to apply the system, down load the form and send to the MSJ office by mail (not e-mail).

1. The system is applied to regular members and student members.
2. The dead line is 15th July.
3. There is a limitation of budget, the applied number is limited.
4. MSJ will send you your application is accepted or not until the end of July. Then, You should apply pre-registration before 25th August.
5. If pre-registration is completed, even if your charge is free, the digest book is included.
