When the participants reserve rooms of the hotels, please send an e-mail directly to the contact personnel of each hotel. Please inform that you are a participant of the “ICAUMS 2012” and include the following information in the e-mail.

2. Contact information: email, phone number, mobile phone number usable in Japan (optional)
3. Check in date
4. Check out date
5. Smoking or non-smoking room
