Instructions of presentation
Oral Presentation
Only LCD projectors will be provided. Authors are expected to bring their presentation on their own laptop computers along with a backup copy on a USB Drive in case of laptop failure.
- LCD projectors accept standard VGA 15pin and HDMI input.
- It is important to stop at the Practice-Room before your scheduled presentation day and time to assure your presentation operates successfully in the onsite environment.
- The time allocated for the oral presentation speakers is including 4 minutes for discussion. The first bell will ring 3 min. before the finishing of your talk. The second bell will notice you the time to finish the talk. Please conclude your talk immediately, when the second bell has been rung.

Poster Presentation
- Poster size is smaller than A0 paper(841 × 1189 mm, Use the sheet of paper with the shorter side at the top.).
- Posters should be put on the space using pins and tapes prepared by
conference administrators. - Contributors are recommended to display their posters from 9:00 6th September to 9:45 7th September.
- Periods for discussion are as following
10:00-11:00 at 7th September for 7aPS
Contributors have to discuss with other participants in the period. - Award winners will be selected based on the discussion in the periods.
Award winners must transfer their posters to the conference.
Awarded poster will be exhibited in an exhibition place until final day the conference.
If poster award winners hope to return the awarded posters, please contact to the conference administrators.Times for announcement of the poster award are as follwoing
11:50-12:00 at 7th September for 7aPS
“Winning prize flower” will be put on each awarded poster. - Posters must be removed and carried out by each contributor soon after 12:00 September 7th.
