{"id":117,"date":"2018-01-25T09:54:18","date_gmt":"2018-01-25T00:54:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.magnetics.jp\/kouenkai\/2018\/?page_id=117"},"modified":"2018-03-29T16:37:50","modified_gmt":"2018-03-29T07:37:50","slug":"inst1","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.magnetics.jp\/kouenkai\/2018\/en\/registration\/inst1\/","title":{"rendered":"Abstract Guidelines"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"page-title\">Types of presentation<\/h2>\n<div class=\"page-content\">\n<h3>Lecture qualification<\/h3>\n<p>Regular and student members, corporate members, and non-members can submit the abstract and to make a presentation application.<br \/>\n<strong>Non-members who submit the abstract, please contact MSJ office.<\/strong><br \/>\n(e-mail:<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.magnetics.jp\/kouenkai\/2017\/common\/img\/mail.png\" alt=\"mail address\" \/>)<\/p>\n<h3>Oral presentation<\/h3>\n<ul type=\"square\">\n<li>Ten minutes for a presentation plus 4 minutes for discussion.<\/li>\n<li>Only LCD projectors with PC will be available for oral presentations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Poster presentation<\/h3>\n<ul type=\"square\">\n<li>Poster size is A0(841mm\u00d71189\u339c, Use the sheet of paper with the shorter side at the top.).<\/li>\n<p>        <!--li>Presenter \u3000\u3000\u3000.<\/li-->\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Attention<\/h3>\n<p>When you submit your digest, following items must be included:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Two subject categories from <a href=\"\/kouenkai\/2018\/en\/registration\/the-category-list\/\">the category list, <\/a><\/li>\n<li>Title of your presentation,<\/li>\n<li>Names and affiliations of all authors,<\/li>\n<li>A representative author,<\/li>\n<li>A corresponding author and his e-mail address.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"page-title\">Instructions for preparation of electronic files<\/h2>\n<div class=\"page-content\">\n<p>Only the following formats are acceptable:<\/p>\n<h4>File formats<\/h4>\n<p>PDF files (Adobe Acrobat is required to make)<\/p>\n<h4>File name<\/h4>\n<p>The name of the file should include &#8220;<strong>.pdf<\/strong>&#8221; corresponding to submitting file format.<\/p>\n<h4>File size<\/h4>\n<p>The digest file size should not exceed 1 MB.<\/p>\n<h4>Template<\/h4>\n<p>When you make the digest with Microsoft Word, please download the template. Please do not change the format.<a href=\"\/kouenkai\/2018\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/template_e.doc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u2192Download (doc)<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"page-title\">Instructions for preparation of Digests<\/h2>\n<div class=\"page-content\">\n<p>A digest should be on one side of a single A4 sheet. Leave 25 mm margins at the top and bottom, and 20 mm margins on both sides. The printed version will be reduced to B5 size (or 80% of the original). Figures, tables, and figure captions should be written in English.
