The 196th Topical Symposium of the Magnetic Society of Japan

Present State and Future Developments of Organic/Molecule Magnetic Materials

Organic/molecule magnetic materials have been studied intensively, since these materials can be designed at molecule level. Current research on organic/molecule magnetic materials is in the stage of searching for development of organic electronics and spintronics. The present impressive results with respect to the organic/molecule magnetic materials have not yet recognized among the researchers with other kinds of research fields. An opportunity to discuss them in the 196th topical symposium of the Magnetic Society of Japan gives us a possibility to fuse the investigation on the organic/molecule magnetic materials into electronics, spintronics and novel field. Here, we invite five speakers studying organic/molecule magnetic materials in the front line. We hope to generate exciting discussions in the symposium. We believe that the symposium will shed the light on the clue to produce innovation.
