The 181st Topical Symposium of the Magnetic Society of Japan
Spin in Quantum Computing and Quantum Communication
|
Recently, quantum spin systems are of interest for applications to ultrahigh-speed parallel computing and absolutely safe cryptographic communication. The precise control and the observation of the quantum state, i.e. the orientation and the phase of spin, are essential in the quantum information science. In this symposium, 6 researchers distinguished for this research field will provide recent interesting topics on the quantum phenomena appearing in confined semiconductors, superconductors and metals. We are very much looking forward to your participation.
