The 150th Topical Symposium of the Magnetic Society of Japan
The 22nd Symposium of New Magnetic Compounds
The physical properties and applications on Mn group materials |
Mn takes various ion states in 3d transition metals, and it is known that it shows nature of magnetism peculiar by the spin state. We planned a broad study introduction and recruited the latest topic for the field in a key word with Mn. An alloy and a compound including Mn, show various magnetism, and a Mn molecule magnet, the diluted magnetic semiconductor which added Mn in an III-V semiconductor, new possibility are expected to a ferroelectric magnetic device by commensurate anti-ferromagnetism of a perovskite type Mn oxide. We introduce the latest studies from the basics to realize such Mn magnetism materials device to application in this meeting. In this meeting for the study, we want to deepen argument toward new device creation. We look forward to participation at this opportunity.
